    Objective

    1. The development fund is raised from members and separated from the NCASTE account, earmarked for scientific and technological innovation.
    2. Start-ups and students who need financial support will be especially considered.
    3. Pilot projects with huge commercialization potential will be focused on.

    Composition

    1. The board consists of 6-12 representatives of the members.
    2. The chair is elected from among the board members.

    Mission

    1. Identify and evaluate innovative technology and concepts.
    2. Support and incubate the technology and concepts to realize commercialization.

    Vision

    1. Encourage and inspire young scientists and talents in their scientific and technological innovation, to fulfill their best potential.
    2. Accelerate scientific and technological integration and innovative development between the two countries.
